5 year old birthday party ideas?

Ok so my youngest sister is turning 5 and sience she is the baby of the family we have all pitched in to help make her 5th birthday special! My mom is baking the cake, my sister is in charge of planning the crafts, and my brother is in charge of party invitations well i am in charge of decorating but i only have a $10 budget, so i need help with some crafty ideas to make her birthday AMAZING! by the way her birthday is tomorrow! anything you guys could come up with would be great thanks!

ok the only reason i have $10 is because her big preasent was $400 ad plus we already have most of the dedcorations i just need some like quick ideas i have balloons, streamers,games,and a hole bunch of other stuff! i even have a person coming wo is dressed like cinderella! jeez people half of you arent even nice!

Actually, yes, you can decorate with $10, but that will have to be kept very simple. Buy regular balloons, they're festive and cheap, you can't go wrong with them.

Another cheap idea is a diy birthday banner.
That's it, I don't think you'll be able to do much with so little money. Try using materials you may already have at home (glue, markers, rhinestones, pieces of paper, string...). Think outside the box.

Havin a blacklight sweet 16 birthday party - ideas?

I am having a Sweet 16!
The theme is gonna be Neon/Blacklifght (Glow in the Dark)!
So i'm gonna have everyone wear white, and neon colors!
I'm gonna give out glow sticks and tshirts that we can write on.
