70s themed birthday?!?

My sister is turning 30 and she was born in 1979 so for her birthday it will be themed after the 70's. I am making the invitations and I need help with the wording. I want to let people know they should dress up in 70s outifts and that it is because she was born in 79. also, any ideas for diy decorations? Anyone with any ideas for the party can add whatever. thanks!

I need birthday party invitations that aren't full of cartoons. If anyone knows of a good template that's nice, or a diy that won't take long, if it helps, we're going to a cinema and watching a movie, it would be quite cool if it was like a movie ticket. Thanks.
