jackie

I'm having my 13th birthday party in about 3 weeks and I want to make homemade invitationss. any good ideas??

-has to be easy to make and has to be really really really cute :D-

Answer
A quick, easy, and fun way to create your party invitations is to go CropMom.com at http://www.cropmom.com. Cropmom is a online digital scrapbooking, collage, card making site.

Upload your photos. Make your invitation using them. You can add your own text. There are thousands of graphics to choose from to create your invitation. The site has graphic kits organized by themes. The tutorials should be helpful.

Then save it. Go to My CropMom and click on the layout. Then click the "share" link. It'll let you enter the email address of the recipient, and your screen-quality invitation will be sent via email for free.

For print-quality, you can purchase a JPEG file of your creation (it doesn't cost much-less than $2) and download it to your computer.

From here, you can either print your invitation at home. Or have them printed by a photofinisher.

I have a 10 year old daughter who will be turning 11 in June and she is having a slumber party. We want to buy invitations with matching thank you cards at walmart. When we look online we can't find them but we know they are at the real store. Can you send me a link to the invitations. We have come across sesame street and barney but nothing for her age.

How to write a birthday party invitation via email?

Girl

I'm emailing birthday invitations to my friends to invite them to my 16th birthday party (:

How do I format it?

So far I have:

What:
Where:
When:

Hope you can come!
(My contact information)

Is that it? Am I missing anything?

Answer
Why not just use evite.com - the invitation can be tailored, has all of the 'right' fields and lets the invitees RSVP when they get the email.

Birthday Party Invitations?

choosingha

My son will be having a birthday party at an indoor facility where kids can play. Now for the birthday party invites for his classmates, can I just put my email address for the RSVP because I'm not a phone person? I know it's tacky but do you think it can work?
Or can I just put an email address and a phone number and the guests can choose how they want to RSVP?

Answer
Well I just had a Birthday Party for my daughter at an indoor bounce house. So I need a count on how many people. I put my phone number and email address on the invite. Most of the RSVP's came via email. Which was nice so it was easier to keep a count. I always screen my calls so if I didn't know the number I didn't answer and let them leave a message. I think you need both because as weird as it sounds some people just don't email (I know crazy right?) I think I only had 2 people call. So I would say do both and let them choose.

ps. You will also probably get A LOT of people who won't RSVP by the time you requested or at all (it was really annoying)

I'm sending out invitations for my baby's 1st birthday party. Most of our family is out of state and I know they won't attend. Is it forward of me to send out at evite or mail them an invitation?

Answer
Maybe email them and say "Wish you could be here for Baby's First Birthday". You never know and depending on how close family they are, they might just turn up so best to include them. We flew from the island where we live to attend our baby grandson's birthday.

How to invite kids from my son's class to his summer birthday party?

M.J.

My son has a mid summer birthday party and wants to invite kids from his classroom. He is in first grade so it's not like I can get their information from the children in his classroom. How can I get their address, phone number or email address without having to actually send an invitation. Thank you!

Answer
You could have him pass out invitations on the last day of school with an RSVP. When the parent calls you then you can get that information. There really is no way to invite people without invitations.
Schools are not supposed to give out personal information.
