live on the lake but its kinda gross to swim in
have a large back yard
and please dont want the original ideas like hire a dj or have a camp fire!
thankss

Answer
This is my party idea, but you can steal it since i don't know you! Lol.
A club theme! you hire a dj (or make a ipod playlist)
make it be in your backyard, starting around 5
get lights, lots! Christmas lights, party lights, disco balls anything to make the yard look bright and colorful!
make mocktails! (cocktails without acholhol, there are tons of recipes online)
Have your best friends wear dressees with you, and other people if they want, and thats all i have so far, but I hope you enjoy this idea!

Tween birthday party ideas?

Dara

My son will be turning 12 the week of Christmas. He hasn't had a birthday party in a few years, so I want to make it special. The idea of a skating party or fun-house type party (Main Event or Incredible Pizza) just seems a bit too childish. I don't entertain much and don't really feel too comfortable having a house full of pre-teen boys. Any cool ideas??

Answer
-Indoor rock climbing.
-Let him choose a movie he wants to see with his friends, and take them out for pizza and cake afterwords.
-Let them camp in the backyard, set up a tent, have a BBQ and do cake/presents outdoors, have a few games set up, roast marshmallows and make smores.

13th birthday party ideas?

James

My daughter wants to throw an awesome 13th birthday party and she keeps asking me for ideas on what she can do. Please don't recommend a sleepover for all her girl friends because she's already planning on doing that after the real party. This will be a boys and girls party so we need something that fits both genders. We're also looking for something semi-inexpensive so please help me out :) Thank you!

Answer
an awesome idea for the nice weather is to have a big party outside with a bunch of snacks and maybe rent a jacuzzi for a couple of days? that would be so much fun. and music and stuff too. if the party goes out a bit later then maybe you could get glow sticks and stuff for night time in the backyard. maybe at night the girls could set up a tent and camp out? i would have loved that for my thirteenth.

13 year old boy birthday party ideas?

Army

Hey,
my son is having a birthday in a few weeks and we can't think of anywhere to go or anything to do. His birthday is in the winter so that automatically cancels out water theme parks and stuff.
plz help

and no, not doing that monkeyface

Answer
Glow in the Dark Party
Make teen party invitations out of black construction paper and glow-in-the-dark paint, and then mail them to your guests. On the day of the party, decorate with green and purple tablecovers, and plates and cups covered with glow-in-the-dark stickers. Outfit your guests with glow necklaces or glow sticks as they arrive, and then serve them neon-green drinks with glow straws. Play Flashlight Tag and Hot Potato with a glow-in-the-dark ball, make glow bracelets with glow-in-the-dark beads, paint nails with glow paint, draw designs on black paper with milky pens, and/or paint black T-shirts with glow-in-the-dark paint. For older children, consider renting or buying a few black lights, turning on some good music, and having a glow dance party.

=======================

A Video Game Party
Setting up one or several big screen televisions and game systems (friends can bring their systems and games to share) can create a massive multi-player game room. Playoff challenges and prizes for highest score, etc. will add to the fun. A white board could be used for keeping track of scoring.

A Fun Group Camp-Out Event
For this event, everyone can gather up their dusty tents and camping gear and head to the hills (or backyard, or church grounds) for some old-fashioned camping. This is especially fun if a campfire is possible. Toasting hotdogs and marshmallows, singing some campfire songs, and telling tales by firelight makes for a great time. If an overnighter is not possible, a âhalf-a-campoutâ is fun with tents and all, but ending at 10 p.m. or so.

Laser Tag

Blacklight or Laser Light Bowling
Many bowling alleys offer special blacklight bowling (sometimes called âGlow Bowlâ or âPajama Bowlâ) during the day or in the evening. Usually the normal lights are darkened and blacklights light up the pins, white clothing, and special paint on the walls. Reservations and arrangements need to be made in advance. Often, as well, bowling alleys will have a party room or snack bar where refreshments may be served.

18th Birthday Party Ideas!!!!!!?

Trenton Mi

Hi!!! Im trying to plan a completely awesome 18th birthday party this year for one last big party before all my friends leave for college. I dont quite know how, but through the years i have gotten a bit of a rep for throwing good parties so people are expecting something really good...the only issue is im not really sure what id like to do. I just dont want any repeats of previous years....ive had movie/oscar theme, halloween, a beach party, bowling, day at the spa/broadmore, dirt biking, camping, sky diving/water park, giant scavenger hunt and the rest were all kinda kiddy. Both girls and boys (about 15 to 30 teens around my age) will be coming this year so it has to be flexible. Ive been thinking about a paintball/lazer tag party this year but i wanted to see what else was out there.
anybody every do anything really amazing or have any great ideas???
thanks!

Answer
Hi! This is my favorite of all theme actually. How about trying a rock theme one?

Guitars, stars, musical notes, mixtapes are the main thingys. Having a small convert stage would be fun!

Photobooth will also be a good one so that your visitors can have a souvenir from your party at the same time, a remembrance.

I suggest you should have a dress code too. Everyone's gonna wear a chucks? or somewhat similar to it. This is a suggestive one for girls, girls should wear skirt and a chucks. Everyone's gonna wear a rock`in statement shirt, or just a plain statement shirt?

Hmmm.. I think you'd be having a hard time customizeng your food. Well anyway, it's your choice. I'll be sharing you a pictures of cool stuffs I've been gathered.

How I wish I'd help. That's actually my frustration, having a rock-theme party.
Advance Happy Birthday Trenton. :]

What are some fun games to play on a campout?

bluetigerp

Are there any good outside games for 4 people? Preferably at night?

We're having a birthday party at a camping place, and we need some game ideas.

Thanks for your help!

Answer
I'm sure you'll have tons of fun just sitting around roasting marshmallows and hot dogs and everything, but here are some suggestions:

-['Caughta Peekin] "Everyone stands in a circle, and everyone puts their heads down. You count to 3, and on 3 everyone looks up and picks one person to stare at. If two people are staring at each other then they yell and jump back out of the circle. You keep going until you only have 2-4 people left."

-['Crambo'] "One player begins the game by saying, "I am thinking of something in the room that rhymes with 'fair'" the others then ask questions to figure out what it might be. The one that guesses it correctly goes next. Expand the boundaries as needed."

-['Who is it'] "Have all the kids stand up. You secretly think of one. The kids then ask any Yes or No questions, for instance, "Is it a boy?" If the answer is "No", all in that category (for instance, all boys) sit down. All the kids can ask questions, even if they're sitting down. Go until the kids have figured out who you have secretly picked."

Those three were taken from this website: http://www.ultimatecampresource.com/site/camp-activities/quick-and-easy-games.page-1.html

A suggestion from me:

The first person starts the story with one word. The next person says another word, the next with another, and you continue and find out what ridiculous stories come out ;)
