My sister is turning twelve and she needs ideas for a birthday party. Please help!

You and your selected friends could go to the movies together then go back to your house for a sleepover. You guys could stay up late listen to music, dance, play fun games like hide and seek in the dark outside with a flash light, or even watch more movies. Another thing you could do is go to an indoor pool and have a mini pool party. Or you guys could all go out and get your nails done then go to your house for a little party or if your not a very girly person you could set up xbox live and have a gamers party just have a ton of snacks and play xbox. Or you could even have a little party at your house and just chill with your closest friends. You could have a movie themed party the invitations could be shaped like movie tickets and you guys could play scene it.

I am having a sweet 16 birthday party and i'm a girl. What are some good suggestions of places to hold it and ideas on what to do? Fun and cute themes? Different things to have and do there? And just any ideas that have to do with throwing a sweet 16 that's affordable.

Well this is what I did for my sweet 16:
The theme was "sweet" sixteen so it included lots of treats, and cupcakes.
The invitations were in the shape of cupcakes with glitter ( I made them myself with friends so it was really cheap)
I had my party at Boston Pizza because my dad owns it and they decorated the tables and chairs with all pastel colours so it looked really sweet. I had cupcake shaped balloons/pastel coloured balloons. Everyone had a GIANT lollipop on their chair and my cake consisted of 25 cupcakes and a big cake in the middle. If you search for "cupcake cakes" you will find lots.
It was just a lot of fun and who doesn't like sweets?
The only downside is everyone had a sugar high for so long afterwards haha, which is okay because they had lots of energy for dancing :)
