Im turning 13 and having a mardi gras theme party boys and girls comming. Im renting out a fire house it has a dance floor and tables to eat. What are some good decorations and invation ideas budget for decorations around 100 dollars?

So my sweet 16 is coming up soon! I have no idea whether i want a big party with a bunch of friends or a small party with some of my closest. I would like whatever i do to be kind of a sophisticated theme i guess, not too silly. Do you have any ideas? What did you do for yours? was it small or big??

Bonfire Party: Perfect for boys or girls, as long as you make plenty of hot dogs and s'mores to go around. Also, traditional teen party games are so much more fun when played outside.
