What are some cheap and fun summer crafts for kids?

I'm the craft director this summer at a camp and I need ideas for easy 30 minute crafts to do. There are 3 different age groups; 3rd-5th grade, 6th-8th grade and then high school. The supplies would need to be simple, but still be entertaining. Any ideas would be a great help!

face painting, making candy bracelets, maybe a them party of their favorite thing, obstacle courses, turn the partyroom into a life size game board, decorate shirts, camping, plays, win a goldfish contests, photo booths, treasure hunts, dress ups, soemtimes they may just want to play on their own, also remebr kids love the do thins and act older than they really are..,for girls maybe spa treatments, have a box of fun that has icebreakers when thing s become boring, um pillow piles, watch funny movies, um make up stories, fill ice trays with diffrent juices ..,kids love free stuff, um limbo, paint t-shirts, you can't go wrong with sports, raffles, just so you know big parties not a good idea,picnics, whoeever can laugh first games,
