I'm a girl and i'll be turning 15. I have to invite my little neighbors which consist of boys and girls who are my age.
I'm really stuck on ideas for what to do on my birthday...
Nothing to expensive and we're not into the whole shopping thing or having a dance party.

How about camping out or a sleep over with games or horror movies if you would like. You can also make it a simple barbeque with music and outdoor games. Don't forget the cake! Good luck!

Wow, seems most people here think that 13 is really young. It's not, a 13 year old boy is on the verge of being a young man. They would be seriously offended by some of these suggestions.
Does he skateboard? You could have a party at a skatepark, those are good places.
A paintball party, let him get it all out of his system lol
Comedy night at home, rent tons of good comedy films and order in pizza
Camping for the weekend, go fishing, canoing, etc
Have fun :)
