okkay soo im turning 13! i know it sounds super kiddish but idrc i love hello kitty! i want to go very cheap not spend alot of moola at all. i want it themed and all i could come up with is getting red and white balloons. btw im going to the mall then maybe a movie and then a sleepover! PLEASE HELP!!

If you want to hand out invitations, then you can make them on your computer

or by using regular paper and drawing hello kitty with decorations on all of them. Since it's going to be your birthday, you're gonna need a cake right? Make your own cake, it's a lot cheaper than buying one. Choose your favorite kind of cake (chocolate, red velvet, lemon, devil's food cake, etc.) from Betty Crocker or whatever brand you like, choose an icing that would go good with it, and buy some hello kitty decor for the cake from walmart or wherever (you can probably find candles, birthday cake topper, figurines, icing decorations, etc. for a cheap price) Or you can just get a hello kitty cake pan. You can even make a hello kitty piñata, too.
