Why not just use evite.com - the invitation can be tailored, has all of the 'right' fields and lets the invitees RSVP when they get the email.

Does anyone know of any good sites that I can either order or make and print birthday party invitations for my soon to be 3 year old nephew? He loves lawn mowers and vacuum cleaners. :) Anything along those lines would be cute. Thanks!

You could check Etsy.com or Ebay.com. Someone there might have something you are looking for.

I also custom create invitations for birthdays, etc and would love to do something along those lines. I don't have anything at the moment with those on it, but I could certainly do one for you.
