i'm having a 50's style party for my 13th birthday !(:
i need some ideas for decorations, songs, outfit/makeup ideas, invitation ideas, quotes..
anything like that !

the 50's was THE YEARS for marilyn monroe, glitzy-flimsy dresses & ruffles/frills.

For nails, I would reccomend a matt red & For lips, smudge some clear lip balm with a matt red to achieve a faded red look. Also, curling yourhair like marylin will depict clearly that your party is 50's theme.

Hollywood Razzle & Dazzle, could be a base name for what your overall theme, movie premier tickets, could be an invitation etc...

Elvis is a classic 50's musician, I'm sure your folks would know some classic 50 tunes or even your folks-folks.
