I'm going to be having a party with a friend so I need some ideas. I can't do things like camping and swimming because I don't think many people want to be swimming or camping when it's cold out. So please help! If you want, say somethings that you did for your parties. Nothing too expensive though. Thanks!

I don't want a party that will cost a lot of money... There will be 8 people there(not including parents). Everybody that's invited is a young teenager, and none of us girls are into the whole 'spa' thing. And please don't say a sleepover, my house is small and I did that last year. Also, where I live, its cold and it snows... I'll need as much help as possible. Thanks!

Probably won't like this idea, but camping? Or iceskating? or if you own a boat, go boating. That's what I just did for my 16th ^.^
