13th Birthday Party Ideas?!?

My birthday's in November, so I can't really do a pool party or anything like that.
I wanted to have a sleepover party or something and like watch movies and stuff.

I don't really want it to be expensive because I don't really want my parents to have to spend a bunch of money on it. I just want some like activities to do. We could go outside, because where I live, it's not really that cold in November.

i will be 15 on my birthday and i don't know what to do. I don't want one at a club or party with lots of people but just one with some friends. I am in the UK and it will be in summer time.

lol im 18 and would love to do that now :D
but with it being UK, and how crappy our summer is going so far maybe an indoor BBQ just incase lol :P
