i've decided what I wanna do for my b'day party....but the thing is...i want it to be a little more on the formal side...dresses, skirts, nice tops that sorta thing. Now how do I say that politely in my invitation?

you could be cool, and say something like:
"time to strut your stuff and be the prettiest you can be! come in mildly formal wear and be prepared for a nice time. no heels required, but skirts would be great! hope you can make it, it's gonna be a blast!"
and then include your information. if they have questions then include your number. i'm actually thinking about having a very similar party so feel free to email me. i'd love to get planning ideas from eachother!

Upload your photos. Make your invitation using them. You can add your own text. There are thousands of graphics to choose from to create your invitation. The site has graphic kits organized by themes. The tutorials should be helpful.
Then save it. Go to My CropMom and click on the layout. Then click the "share" link. It'll let you enter the email address of the recipient, and your screen-quality invitation will be sent via email for free.
