how do you format microsoft word to make a party invitation?

it's not the flyer type but the one where it's folded into four like this:

how would i format it like that especially with the top one upside down so when i fold it in fours it makes sense

If you have word 07, open it, click the round multicolor office buttion in the top left, Select New, then type birthday party invitation in the search box that will come up and hit search, then select one of the many templates that is displayed.

In older version of word you can just go to file, new, and then select a template to use

You can also download the template from your link above that you gave as an example, and delete the text and graphics for that template and modify to work for needs.
