what program makes personalized party supplies?

I've been party planning for my kids, and I'm finding LOADS of adorable designs for sale by individuals. I've noticed that the main graphics are usually identical, or very similar, but they lay out and formats are their own. Obviously these people have the same software/program. I'm a stay at home mom and I think i am crafty and could do this myself if I had the program, and even eventually make some for others! But, I haven't got a CLUE what program they are using and where to get it. The designs are so cute and if you want an example of what I'm looking for, go to Etsy.com and look up invitations for birthdays, showers, etc. People have invites, thank yous, stickers, tags, etc all that coordiante and all very similar. Anyone know what these programs are!? I'd greatly appreciate the guidance on this! Thanks!

14 yr old UNIQUE party!!?

im 13 yrs old and turning 14 on feb. 27th. im planning now so that i know exactly what i need for my party. somethings i had in mind were:
mystery birthday...but you have to pay for the kit
co-ed dance party..idk might get boring need activities
scavenger hunt at the mall..but don't know what to really do
hotel party..balloon dares,whipped cream,auction with monopoly money
co-ed movie night..go see a movie and hang out @ the theatre
that's all i have but i need more!! and LOTS
also i would like a good invitation to send out during school. last year one of my friends gave out v.i.p. necklaces and everyone wore them at school but i don't want to copy her. what would be a good invite other than a plain card? thnx for your help! this is important to me!!!!
