okay, so my daughter is having her 10th birthday soon. we want her 2 have the BEST party possible! but we're on a very tight budget! probably around 100 dollars! she is really counting on me! she was hoping for a hollywood party! but if she does have a hollywood party, she can have 10ppl. if any additional help, family. she has lots of boy cousins too. in grove city, ohio, what is a great hotel that is cheap enough for at least 5 girls?!

You could try a water battle.
Make invitations to look like flipflops or sandles and add a line to have everyone be ready to get wet and to bring a water gun. You could fill up a bunch of water balloons and have buckets of water around the yard for those quick refills. Maybe split the group into teams and set a goal. You can usually get some fun summer themed items at the dollar stores this time of year and you could set the mood that way. And check wal-marts party aisle for little umbrellas for drinks and sunglasses party favors etc.

so i have some ideas for you!!
BEFORE PARTY-
-definatly make your entrance or even better house/apartment as scary and haunted as possible(:
(spider webs, dark lights, if possible a strobe light is always fun :DD)
- if you haven't sent invitations already..send halloween ones! it makes it more fun!
-have a halloween cake!
DURING PARTY-
i love your ideas! they always make a party fun(:
but you can also do this..
-fear factor!
make it dark and put mashed potatoes in a bowl and have them guess what body part it feels like..it can feel pretty nasty! you could also do jello, rotton eggs, rice, noodles, etc(:
-you could bob for marshmellows! instead of apples you use marshmellows and instead of a mouth..use a straw! it is hard but very fun :DD
-make your garage a haunted room! put black around the walls..when they first walk in..have a halloween cd playing and have all sorts of things like skelatons hanging from the ceiling..and have a strobe light if possible with your family in costume popping out of places!! this will make them scared..but will be funny afterwards!
-you could play silly string games with orange and black and purple silly string! they are always fun(:
-you could put down a giant piece of tarp in your yard, put the hose all over it and sprinklers on, put conditionar and oil on it...and have a giant slip n' slide!!
PRIZES-
for the halloween costume contest and other games you may think of your prizes could be..
-1st place could have a gift card to a halloween place like spirit..or party city or even a gift card to a place most people go to anytime like starbucks or the mall
-you could put candy in them (obviously!)
-silly halloween novelties :DD
-maybe put a scary movie in the prize baskets!
