If you have no budget? The child likes Transformers, Iron Man, Benten, Spiderman, Pokemon, Legos, etc.

One of my ideas is to sew up a costume for him. Anyone know a website that offers info like this? Something simple?

Wow, he's got a whole lot of things he likes, lol. That's great! If I were you I would do a mix of EVERYTHING he likes. Not just pick 1 subject. It's HIS party so make it all about HIM :)

You can do a Transformers Cake, Iron Man plates, Benten (never heard of benten) cups, Spiderman Pinata, Pokemon Games (i know they have pokemon cards, so you can make party games and use stuff like that), Give Legos in little partybags. Just mix it up anyway you want :) Have fun with it. Not every party has to have a specific theme. A party is about having FUN. You can write in the invitation that all the kids should be in a costume and make it a big super hero costume party too :)
