I am in charge of organizing my fiancee's 21st birthday party. Most of it will be family but a family that enjoys drinking! His family likes to drink but they dont really get crazy(they just sit around w/a beer) so Im trying to spice things up a little. I have no clue how to get things going and running. They are kind of the "toned down" type who never step out of thier norm...so i am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to make things FUN...
Also Im trying to find printable invitations online but havent been able to find a single thing...any help there would also be appreciated...
I always reward 10pts and i could really use all and any help...

Base your ideas around the YOUR MAN!!! not his family;because it's about him. Although they are laid back....What does he like? Since he is a beer drinker-
I would purchase 1/2 keg perhaps a whole keg depending on the amount of people. That way you don't have to worry about empty beer bottles all over the place; I don't like the way that looks. You just need 12-16 oz cups.
Maybe also do a punch bowl of a signature drink for those who aren't crazy about beer. My favorite in a punch bowl is apple martini garnish with slice red & green apples. Is your boyfriend a sports fanitic? what are his hobbies. I would incorporate what he likes to do. Maybe even have a barbque, crabfeast or strictly seafood. That goes well with beer... you could play a few games in the backyard with music playing. My brothers 21st bday; we played board games, i.e checkers, uno, spades, sorry, trouble, chess. it was a huge hit...My brother loves sports; so we made it a jersery party-told everyone to wear their favorite football, basketball or baseball jersey...it was nice & it was a nice flow of people...even my little nieces came in there with Redskin Jersey's on...

CropMom is free to use, but if you want to print your layout, you must purchase the print-quality, high-resolution JPEG file (costs less than $2) and print it at home or have it printed by a photo service.
