I am a 13 going 14 years old girl and currently facing problems on ideas of having a birthday party on 8thfeb in singapore . What should I do . Inviting 30-40 people . Adults and children . No budgets , as long as it can work . Any ideas ? Best idea gets 10 points !

40th Birthday Party Ideas?

I'm helping my mom plan her 40th birthday Party. We live in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Her birthday is only a month away (Yes she's been putting it off forever) but she wants to do something memorable. The only problem is we don't have a lot of money to spend. We've been thinking of maybe going away somewhere local for a weekend with some immediate family (maybe whistler or Harrison hot springs).
But she open to any ideas. Does anyone have any good recommendations or ideas for what she could do? PLEASE HELP!!!

40 is a monumental age. I wish someone threw me a party but no one did :-(. You should do a complete party from invitations to decorations and even party games! EVERYONE will remember this party. It shouldn't be too expensive if you be creative.
