Ideas for a UNIQUE & fun 18th Birthday Party/Going to College?

Hey everyone! My Birthday's in a little over a month and I'll be 18. All of my friends and I are about to go to college and I want to have a really fun party for everyone to get together one last time... I've done it all & want to have a DIFFERENT party than the usual. One idea is a "Blast From The Past"? I thought everyone could dress up as a little kid and we could play silly games and just have FUN! Games such as Pin The Tail on the Donkey and have old TV show posters as decorations. Would this be too silly or a fun idea? If you agree, can I have some more suggestions?

Another idea which is not so out there is to have a "Luau/Hawaiian" themed party at my local pool. I would rent out the pool and have everyone dress up. Any other ideas for this party?

Thank you two very much for your input! I'm also considering a party/going to College theme. I was thinking I could combine my 18th B-day celebration with a celebration for everyone going to College. I'm not exactly sure how to do this, but maybe everyone could wear their different college shirt. Haha, I really don't know, but I want the party to be a huge success & something different than the norm. Thanks again!

Ideas for an at-home 17th birthday party?

My birthday isn't for about a month but I want to start thinking of ideas now!
Last year for my 16th, I had a bunch of people over to my house and we had pizza and hung out in my backyard, but I feel like it kind of got boring after a few hours. So this year, I want it to be a lot more fun.
I want to have it at my house in my backyard again, probably from around 7-10pm, so what are some ideas for making it a really fun party?
